you can use this homepage without sharing any personal data. if there is any data imposed on my homepage (e. g. name, address or e-mail address) it is always voluntary. this data never will be shared with any third party without explicit agreement.

my hosting provider imposes data (server logfiles) about every access to the server due to legitimated interests in terms of art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. due to safety reasons these logfile informations will be safed for 7 days (e. g. to detect abuse and fraud) and will be deleted automatically afterwards. only data which is necessary for later evidence is excluded from the erasure until the incident is purged.

transferring data in the internet (e. g. communication by e-mail) always can hold security vulnerability. an all-over data protection against third person access is not possible.

i explicitly contradict the third party use of my data which is published within the scope of my imprint obligation (for example transmission of not explicitly ordered commercial or information material). i explicitly reserve my right to initiate legal measures in case of unsolicited sending of commercial information, for example spam e-mails.
